Responsibilities
SUPERVISOR:  Dedicated position to oversee all volunteers.  Responsible for volunteer check in and 
collection of session evaluations.
REGISTRATION: Hand out registration materials to attendees; no money collection involved.
SESSION MONITORS:  Greet attendees at the door, hand out session evaluations, advise ASQ Staff if there is a 
problem with audio visual, heating/cooling, etc., collect completed session evaluations at the end of sessions.
GENERAL SESSION:  Collect session evaluations at the end of the session.
Session times noted are 15-30 minutes before and 15-minutes after event (except for the Volunteer Supervisor)

Volunteers Receive:  Saturday - admittance to the workshop they volunteer for; meals are not included.
Sunday/Monday: based on volunteer schedule (4-hour minimum each day) - admittance to the conference, 
continental breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks.  NOTE: in order to receive a complimentary registration for 
both days, you would need to volunteer a minimum of 4-hours each day.
Tuesday: admittance to the conference and continental breakfast.
Parking:  ASQ does not cover nor reimburse for parking; all on own.
