Over 30 years of achievement in QA/QC, technical and managerial positions with the Du Pont Company, P-E Handley Walker and Underwriters Laboratories. Runs own consulting firm, Nelson Associates. Expertise in manufacturing, quality assurance, statistical process control, laboratory management and new product start-up. Has specialized in ISO 9000 implementation and training since 1992, conducting seminars and workshops on quality-system auditing and on implementation of the ISO 9000 standards. Has provided consulting assistance and guidance in establishing ISO 9000-based quality management systems to numerous clients.
