As a new ASQ member in 2010, this is Faith’s inaugural year serving section 1506 as the Program Chair. With a background as a Training Coordinator with Merrill Lynch – Bank of America, Faith understands the importance of the role as Program Chair to further the section’s mission and goals. |

- 7 years experience as Quality Call Auditor
- 6 years of Contact Center Quality Management
- 3 years of Contact Center Training Manager

Faith has served as the Training Manager for Merrill Lynch-Bank of America overseeing all training aspects for the Wealth Management Contact Centers in Jacksonville, FL. Faith has extensive experience in Quality Management for customer service and Training Coordination/Planning.
Faith also holds a non-active mortgage broker and real estate license. |
