Summary of Skills and Experience

ASQ Certified Quality Auditor since 2004; previously Certified Quality Auditor to the Association of American Railroads M-1003 quality standard (1991 to 2004); have performed audits using the ISO 9000 quality standard as a guide. Wrote inspection instructions then led and performed material inspections utilizing MIL STD 105. Deputy Regional Director for three sections of ASQ Region 15A.
